Since 2020, the Design Lab team, the Saida Group's Glass Design department, has been designing our original collections and assisting customers in designing customised glass bottles.

1Customised design
After a thorough analysis of our customer's needs, the Design Lab develops creative proposals that take shape through photo-realistic renderings and 3D prototypes in recycled PETG. An immersive, digital and physical experience to imagine every detail of the packaging before it even becomes reality.

Concept and first drafts
We start by analysing your expectations to give shape to the initial ideas. At this stage, design is the protagonist: each line drawn is a step towards uniqueness.

Product engineering
At this stage, we select the most interesting proposals and analyse their technical feasibility, calculating dimensions and volumes. This is when the bottle begins to take shape.

Rendering and 3D plastic prototype
Using advanced modelling software, we create photorealistic renderings of the bottle, complete with packaging and label. For an even more tangible preview, we produce a 3D prototype in recycled PETG, ready to be experienced first-hand.

Presentation and production
The moment you have been waiting for has arrived. Our team will present you with the final design: renderings, prototypes and any further details. Upon your approval, we turn the idea into reality by initiating the quotation request for production.

Thanks to our in-depth know-how, we accompany you along a path of specialised consultancy, from the choice of the most suitable stopper in terms of technical characteristics and aesthetic coherence with the bottle, to the proposal of exclusive second processes such as screen printing on glass bottles, sublimation, varnishing, satin-finishing, pad printing, taking care directly of coordination with selected technical partners.
